This page explains what charleskdavis.org collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Charles K Davis.

What I collect

• 12-Step Plan form: your first name and email address.
• Coaching application: your name, work email, role, company and website, LinkedIn and other profile links, and your answers to the application questions.
• Strategy calls: when you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there, under its own privacy policy.

Why I collect it

• To send the 12-Step Plan and the emails you agreed to receive.
• To review your application and reply to you.
• To prepare for and run coaching sessions if we work together.

Who else handles it

• Webflow hosts this site and processes form submissions.
• Calendly handles call booking.
• Plan emails are sent through an email service provider.
• I do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

• This site may use cookies it needs to run. If analytics are added, this page will be updated.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
• To see, correct or delete the data I hold about you, reply to any email from me and ask.
